OneBoard

Inspiration

In the digitized era, students frequently feel overwhelmed by the deluge of information shared across Email, GroupMe, Instagram, and other apps. This fragmentation creates cognitive load and makes prioritizing difficult. OneBoard was inspired by this problem: we wanted to build a single, manageable hub that declutters notifications and helps users focus on what matters.

What it does

OneBoard aggregates important data sources (Instagram, GroupMe, Gmail) into a unified dashboard and notifies users based on preferences. Users can curate their feed—e.g., specific organizations' Instagram accounts, select GroupMe chats, or emails about job interviews. OneBoard provides feed summaries and recommended actions, such as adding events to Google Calendar, which is integrated at the bottom of the feed.
